Define your long-term and short-term goals.
Identify your target audience and their needs.
Analyze your competitive landscape.
Develop key strategies for achieving your goals.
Outline specific action steps with timelines and responsibilities.
Choose from a half-day (4-hour) or full-day (6-8 hour) session, depending on the complexity of your business and the depth of planning you require.
Additional fees may be added for in-person strategizing.
I offer flexible payment plans to make this service even more accessible. You can choose to pay in two installments or spread the cost over four smaller payments. Please note that the 4-payment option includes a small additional fee (10% of the total service price) to cover the extra administrative and bookkeeping time.

Follow-Up Support: A brief follow-up call (30 minutes) after the session to answer any questions and provide additional guidance.

Questionnaire: You'll complete the Pre-Session Questionnaire.
Scheduling: We'll schedule your half-day or full-day session.
Strategic Planning Session: We'll work collaboratively to develop your strategic plan.
Document Delivery: You'll receive the comprehensive Strategic Plan Document (PDF) within 7 business days after the session.
Follow-Up Support: I will touch base with you after the strategy session and check in and provide support. This can be done through email or a 30 minute call.
